VSX-820-K & iPhone Connectivity

Bluetooth and 3D Ready
Pioneer has announced two new receivers that offer some cutting edge features including Bluetooth audio streaming, iPhone control via the remote, ProLogic IIz processing, and HDMI 1.4.
All the info after the jump.
Inexplicably, no power ratings are given. Given the prices, we'd expect somewhere in the 100-watts per channel range.
The both the VSX-520-K and VSX-820K are Bluetooth ready, needing Pioneer's AS-BT100 (sold separately) to connect to your iPhone, BB, laptop or whatever other Bluetooth device you have that has music stored on it.
Both are also 3D Ready with HDMI 1.4, so you'll be able to use these receivers to pass the 3D signals from a 3D BD player to your 3D capable TV. Yeah, planning for the future. Lastly, both receivers have Dolby's ProLogic IIz height channel processing and decoding for all the latest audio formats.
The VSX-820-K adds iPhone connectivity. An included cable recharges your iPhone, and lets you control it using the receiver's remote. If you want to go back to navigating on the iPhone itself, a button on the front of the receiver toggles back and forth. The cable also carries video info, so you can get videos and album info on your TV. Pioneer claims the cable will work with most nano, touch, and classic models as well. The VSX-820-K gets one more HDMI input for a total of four.
Both will be available in April.
